1. Payment and Refund Terms

All digital marketing services provided by Aaryush Infotech are payable in advance.

We offer a 7-day cancellation and refund window from the date of purchase, only if no substantial work has been initiated. If services have already commenced (wholly or partially), the order becomes non-refundable.

After the 7-day period, all payments are non-reversible and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Digital and Physical Deliveries

Most services are delivered digitally. Any related materials, if applicable, may be shipped physically.

For physically delivered goods (such as documentation or promotional materials), USPS Mail Services (USA to USA) will be used for shipping.

Chargebacks will not be entertained for any physically shipped items once dispatched and marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

3. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of any service within 7 days of purchase, provided that work has not commenced. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

If a physical product has not yet shipped, you may also request cancellation within this 7-day period. However, cancellation is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Aaryush Infotech.

Once the 7-day period has passed, or if service delivery has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Our services are provided based on best industry practices and past performance, but Aaryush Infotech makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, rankings, or ROI. Performance can vary based on multiple external factors.

5. Rights Reserved

Aaryush Infotech reserves the right to modify, deny, or terminate services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

All content, strategy, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Aaryush Infotech unless explicitly transferred.
