This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service-related disputes are handled for services purchased through www.aaryushinfotech.com.
By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Payment Terms
All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work begins only after full payment confirmation.
For advertising services, third-party ad platform charges (e.g., Meta, Google, etc.) are billed separately and are non-refundable once utilized.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Service Initiation
Clients may request cancellation before the project setup or campaign planning begins. In such cases:
- A refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway charges and administrative processing fees.
After Service Initiation
Once work has started (including strategy development, campaign setup, creative preparation, or ad account configuration), cancellation requests may not qualify for a full refund.
A pro-rated refund may be considered based on the portion of work completed.
3. 7-Day Refund Eligibility (Service Non-Delivery)
If Aaryush Infotech fails to initiate the agreed advertising service within 7 days from the confirmed project start date (excluding delays caused by the client), the client may request a refund.
Refund conditions:
- The request must be submitted in writing via email.
- Required access, approvals, and materials must have been provided by the client on time.
- Refunds will exclude transaction fees, ad spend, and work already completed.
If the campaign has been launched or deliverables have been shared, the service will be considered initiated and not eligible for a full refund.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Project termination by mutual agreement
- Inability to deliver specific agreed components
- Service disruption caused solely by Aaryush Infotech
The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting:
- Work completed
- Resource allocation costs
- Platform fees
- Payment gateway charges
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms
- Completed digital deliverables
- Custom design and marketing materials
- Consultation or strategy sessions already conducted
6. No Guarantee of Results
While we use industry-standard marketing practices:
- We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, ROI, rankings, or revenue.
- Results depend on market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, budget, and client cooperation.
Purchasing our services indicates acceptance of this limitation.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, clients are encouraged to contact us first at:

Chargebacks or payment disputes should only be initiated after attempting direct resolution with our support team.
8. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
